Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization Course Being Held at St. Joseph Villa
This conference is designed for athletic trainers, physical and occupational therapists and massage therapists who are interested in learning the theory and concepts of IASTM (Online), gaining hands-on experience using IASTM tools and learning treatment protocols (1 day conference).
Course Details:
Pre-course (online): Introduction to IASTM, Physiological Effects and Benefits, Indications, Contraindications and Evidence Based Literature Review.
1-day Hands-On Lab: Upper and Lower Extremity Techniques, Advanced Techniques and Specific Case Study Application
Attendees are required to wear lab clothes (Shorts and T-shirt). Females - sports bra or tank top required
